Yes! We offer local delivery across Belfast and surrounding areas. For local postcodes (e.g., BT1–BT17), we offer a dedicated service to ensure your groceries arrive quickly. We also provide national shipping across Northern Ireland and the UK mainland for ambient (non-chilled/frozen) products. You can check your delivery eligibility by entering your postcode at checkout.
Frozen and chilled items are currently unavailable online. Only available in store.
It’s simple! Select the “Click & Collect” option at checkout. Once your order is placed, our team will carefully hand-pick your items. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at our Boucher Place store. Most orders are ready within 2–4 hours during business hours.
Absolutely. We source our products directly from trusted suppliers across Asia and the UK to ensure 100% authenticity. Our inventory team performs daily quality checks to ensure everything on our shelves and in our warehouse is fresh and well within its “Best Before” date. Please note that many Asian products use the YY/MM/DD date format.
We are constantly adding new products to our online store! If you can’t find a specific item (like a particular brand of sauce or a seasonal vegetable), please contact us via WhatsApp or email. If we have it in our physical store, we can often add it to your order or look into sourcing it for you in our next shipment.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods (fresh vegetables, frozen meat, etc.) unless they are damaged or incorrect. For non-perishable items, you can return them within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. If there is an issue with your order, please take a photo and contact our customer service team immediately.
